“Gopi” in Krishna Leela, is being called in Ram Katha as “Kapi”.
- “Go” means senses, “Pi” means to dry, the one who has dried the sensual lust flowing in the senses is Gopi.
- “Ka” means mind (e.g. Hypocrite (Kapat), ka + pat, putting “pat” on “ka”, putting a curtain on the mind, that’s Hypocrisy) and “Pi” means the same, to dry.
